                    Since we primarily deal in digital products such as eBooks, refunds or cancellations are limited under certain conditions outlined below.
                
                2. Digital Products (eBooks & Online Publications)
                
                    All digital product sales (eBooks, PDFs, or online reading content) are considered final once the payment is processed successfully. 
                    Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for these items.
                
                
                    However, in rare cases where:
                
                
                    - The product file is corrupt or not accessible,
- Payment was charged but download access was not granted, or
- The wrong eBook was delivered due to a technical error,
                    You may contact our support team within 3 working days of your purchase for resolution.
                
                3. Physical Books (If Applicable)
                
                    If you purchase a physical book from ELSEVIER GROUP (where shipping applies), you may request a replacement or refund 
                    only if the product is:
                
                
                    - Damaged in transit,
- Misprinted or incorrect, or
- Not the item you ordered.
                    To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide proof of damage or incorrect item (such as photos or video evidence).
                
                4. Refund Process
                
                    If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days 
                    via the original payment method. The time it takes to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
                
                5. Cancellation Policy
                
                    Orders for digital content cannot be canceled once payment is completed and access has been granted.  
                    Physical book orders may only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
